Life vs. APIIT
It really drains life outta you doesn't it??
Last Sunday I met my cousins........ I don't have good chemistry with most of them!!!
All they talk about is studies, esp, when we were schooling. Used to piss me off, cos I hated studies!!! (My A/Ls study life was a living hell hole for me!!! Of course, friends were the best!!!!, but studies?? Let's just say that I'm not off the "study off the notes & do papers" type.)
Anyways, now I'm in APIIT, I find myself talking abt all the APIIT work & I have no idea what they talk about among themselves!!! It's like I don't have a life beyond what I do for my studies!!!
Uncannyly, I feel that tables are turned & feel bloody scared of it!!!
Some interesting fact that I found from obseving ppl is that "Geeks have most fun". You most probably won't agree with me, but I figured that they really enjoy their work & also they get a bloody good output off what they do! So what you have is a bunch of ppl having fun all the way, unlike most others, having fun at the start & screw up the end!!!!
So, admittingly from A/Ls I wanted to be a geek & to really enjoy what I do than going through the tedious process of forcing my way into success!!! Well, I failed.
Then APIIT came along & put me through this unimaginable transformation!!! Now I'm the negetive of what I was!!! I'm asking tips abt programming from my cousin programmer, where I should be chilling out!
Hope my rest of personal life too won't be defeated by the mystical dark forces of APIIT!!! Scary!!!!

yea baldy true i have experienced that as well. but wat to do? life is cruel sometimes. here u work hard and get nothing and others don't work that much and gets everything . well i don't know the reason for this finomina.
coming to your next point just relax man ignore when others talk abt studies when u don't want to heat it. i do that my self or i just walk away to another place . hehe. all in all itis up to u man . you are the best judge of your life and percepectives.

I agree 100%. The buggers who are doing jobs get paid right? The funny part is that We do more work & we pay them
It makes me sad that you think that way ;'(
Err.. I'm not that sure on which part of my story you are not happy about..
But given all that, It's not that bad after all.. I mean I enjoy the work.. Probably too much, so that it kinda distracts me!!
Still, Geeks have more fun :)
